Citizens and Staff Can Report Service Requests Online

Wouldn’t it be nice to have citizens and employees be able to visit a webpage to record their Service Requests? PubWorks has a solution for you. Online Service Requests is an optional web feature that you can add to your county or municipalities existing website.

Put a link on your homepage, and that gives your citizens and employees instant ability to record any service request items from their computers or personal devices.  The Online Service Request form is customized by each customer using matching issues and assets within your PubWorks data.

There are two options, the version built just for the public and then an internal Fleet Maintenance version just for staff to report their fleet issues directly to the fleet maintenance department.  The Online Fleet Maintenance Service Requests works seemlessly with the Fleet Maintenance module.

Ask for a demonstration of both these great web features.
