Citizens and Staff Report Issues
Step 1. Problem surfaces.
Step 2. Citizen/Staff notices the problem and logs on to your website and finds the Online Service Request Form.
Step 3. The Citizen/Staff fills in the Online Service Request web form that officially reports the problem.
Step 4. Your field staff sees the problem on their smartphone or tablet.
Step 5. Your staff fixes the problem in the field.
Step 6. The problem is fixed and reported back to the PubWorks system.
Step 7. The reporting party can be notified of the repair with a phone call or email.
Online Fleet Maintenance Service Requests
Staff Reports Fleet Problems
Step 1. The problem surfaces
Step 2. The staff notices the problem and logs on to the internal city/county website and finds the Online Fleet Service Request Form.
Step 3. The staff fills in the web form that officially reports the problem.
Step 4. The fleet department staff sees the problem inside the PubWorks Fleet module.
Step 5. The fleet department schedules the repair with the reporting staff.
Step 6. The fleet department repairs the problem.
Step 7. Fleet staff makes contact reporting that the problem has been fixed.
